We recently installed a new weatherproof outdoor socket in Ebbsfleet Valley to provide power for a customer’s new fish pond pump.
The customer wanted the installation completed with as little disruption and damage to the property as possible. After discussing the options, we agreed that neat surface-mounted trunking internally would be the best solution, avoiding the need to chase into and redecorate the walls.
The trunking was installed neatly around the corner of the room and will be completely hidden once the customer’s TV unit is put back in place. The cable was then taken through the external wall to a weatherproof double socket, providing a convenient supply for the pond equipment.
The customer was happy with the finished installation and particularly pleased that we could provide the new supply without unnecessary damage to their home.
